0 Years - I find it strange that you say "ferreting my way through the voucher nonsense", as I've got two cancelled flights and I've been offered refund or transfer. No vouchers have been mentioned.

I've had the same problem with not being able to get through. None the less, they're held by the EU261 regulation.

That said, they'll do their sums. If the fine for breakung the EU261 rule is €10 million, and they stand to lose €40 million if they honour it, I think they'll choose the fine.
