I have eight flights booked with Ryanair this year (round trips between me and mrs 0 years) and a few days ago I received an email to say the first one had been cancelled. After ferreting my way through the voucher nonsense I found the refund online bot communication point which said not to log off as I was in a queue. After almost 4 hours wait I got fed up and logged off (I suspect this is their tactic). It's going to be a long summer ). If anyone has any tips.

I also have a flight booked with Transavia, no choice there, a voucher or nowt.....and don't get me started on Easyjet!
