So just to recap on the fracking. The Tory controlled council rejected the proposal. The company appealed the decision and there was a Public Inquiry. The Inspector ruled in favour of the company.The Tory Council then appealed that decision to the High Court in Manchester and the judge overturned the appeal. I don't understand how the Tory Council can be at fault. The independent Judiciary made the final decision.
