From "Wigan is a pleasure", to mental health, via shops shut, drugs and homeless people? How bizarre!

Ironically, I also visited Wigan (well, almost Wigan, I went to Asda last night, late on!) and what struck me most is the number of foreigners who have rolled up recently.
There was all types in Asda, families of 'em! At the checkouts, foreign language was heard from all directions!!

Was it a co-incidence? I don't think so! It's all part of the 'hand-over'. It'll be homosexuals next!!!!
