how can anyone ever answer that if labour is not in power . as for cataracts is concerned the daily mirror has just uncovered that warrington & halton have a "menu" of operations that are private charges & cataracts are around 2,500 to have it done & deliberately holding back nhs treatment so that people will go private . £18,500 for a hip replacement .on question time last week a disabled comic called francesca martinez quoted this number as a fact the tory on the panel could not deny that as a fact as from 2012 there had been that many deaths attributed to austerity plans by the torys & lib dems.you will find pensioners in benidorm & majorca because it,s cheaper to live there than here ? .
