How the NHS is broken when a hospital in England refuses to treat any one from Wales unless its an emergencyIt all boils down to WHO funds the patients because they have spent over £31 million treating Welsh patients in the last year What about all the overseas patient who come over here for hospital treatment and don't pay a penny into any system.
