Hi derek, school children heading for deanery on frog lane call into shops on their way from all sides of town purchasing their sweets, pop, etc, then discard it on floor I have witnessed this every morning going to work, they have no respect and will abuse you if you confront them, I also noticed that some dog owners not them all do not remove their pets excrement from pavements, walkways when it's dark thus leaving it to be dodged or stood in if you're unlucky, these mindless people make your blood boil.
