Whups. If somebody opened a new pub in Ashton, would it bring the price of ale down?
If somebody opened a chippy in Pemberton, would the price of fish drop?
No!
Because it's called 'business'. They're doing it for the money.

Also, the UK imports 45% of it's gas from the EU 'single market'. When we pull out, if we aren't allowed in the single market, we'll need as much gas as we can produce. Plus some. That's forward thinking!

Electric comes from the EU single market power stations too.
So you can expect that to go up an'all!!
