General   (General discussion, talk about anything.)

Bought some when we were having the hot weather, and as a little of it was still sitting around, decided to finish it now, as it seems no prospect of hot days in immediate offing.

In spite of having been opened for around two weeks, still tastes OK. Certainly not vinegary. When oranges go off, the taste is very distinctive, and I do not detect any of that.

It is 5% alc, by volume, and I do not think it has excessive sulphur as a preservative.

Strange! Red wine per se does not last for two weeks when opened! Google results suggest the orange should make it go off sooner, rather than later.

Why does Sangria last longer after opening than red wine?
Has got me puzzled.
