On May 14th, I had a parcel delivered.

Two days ago, on 22nd June, I received email telling me that it would be delivered on 14-15 May!

Amazon frequently email me message saying, "We will deliver your parcel today". Invariably, the parcel arrives before the email!

And, I did once receive an email, (OK, so it came from Tunisia,) which took over a year to get to me!
