Firstly, thank you for the information and being so courteous. I had the feeling Elizabeth was not computer savvy, but I did not know about her distance with regard to her relatives.
Of course, it is so difficult to simplify the information and it is extremely difficult to fully assess the initial problem.
Sadly, I am not in the immediate vicinity.
