The Chief Inspector of Lancashire has been on the Northern news. What a pathetic excuse. If you didn't see it at lunch time, watch it tonight at 6.30pm BBC1 Northern News. He said "ARRESTS WILL BE MADE" and what will they get.. Bound Over for 6 months.. They should be made to pay for all the damage and if they won't, confiscate their cars and vans.
