Stardelta says,The cladding developed an issue several months down the line,why is this the councils fault,It seems to me it was substandard, on that basis the responsibility lies with the manufacture or the builder who installed it.Here is what the manufacturer says.It his the responsibility of the designer of building work to identify any moist related risk,also any green mould removed before applying cladding.So was a moist related test done? And who should have done one.
