GB....according to a recent Telegraph article Britain is the second highest contributor to the EU. There are ten countries who contribute, Germany being the highest contributor. However when payments are broken down to per head of population Britain drops down to eighth position Dutch people each paying four times more than British people. That of course is one of the simplest ways of viewing things.
