I could say let's not loose sight of the fact this is a uk citizen we are talking about and the legal rights she is subject to and has. However I am sure you and several like you wouldnt like it.... guilty until proven innocent and all that.

However, I am sure those who will ultimately deal with all this will bare it in mind and act accordingly and within and to the satisfaction of our laws.
