when i needed support and lived on pittance with children i was penalised because i worked 15 hours not the 16 where was my help then but id didnt do anything because i was expected to get myself better with everything thrown at me in life and more i spoke to my friends they helped me through and still do today the face is just a fake smile its what goes on inside that nobody knows till they have been there it will get worse not better these days .
