General   (General discussion, talk about anything.)

Blair brow beat his party into voting for the Iraq war, there was a lot of MP's who did not want that war and he got his vote by producing the dodgy dossier about WMD's capable of being deployed in minutes.

The closest I ever came to voting for Labour, was in 1997 when Tony Blair seemed to tick all of the boxes required, because after years of being in power, the Conservatives had become stale and John Major was a weak leader, but history as shown him to be a decent sort of bloke, but on polling day in 1997 in the voting booth I couldn't do it and I voted for a looney instead, if there is no official monster raving looney candidate, I vote for the candidate who I think is closest to being a looney, because you always have a few crack pots standing in general elections, as well as the main political party candidates.

But for me history as shown that Tony Blair was a good leader, but definitely not a decent man, the exact opposite of John Major.

Tony Blair and George Bush were war mongers, who both had some religious notion that they were doing good, by ridding the world of bad dictators, John Prescott who was Tony Blair's deputy PM said that Tony Blair wanted to go round the world invading everybody.
