Can someone please explain to me why there has to be a Trade Agreement to deal with other countries? It probably never happened years ago-businesses have dealt with other businesses for ages! If a business here wishes to trade with a business in another country why should it need a Government Trade Deal?
Is it just to keep bureaucrats in jobs?
