Remember Burnham ruling during the Staffs. Hospitals crisis?? The problem with the NHS transcends party politics. Badly run being one point. Due to levels of unfettered Immigration lots more people seeking treatment, paying security because of drunks/ smack heads, giving out Aspirin etc. on prescriptions. People refusing to die at 65, no places for patients to go when they can leave hospital but not return home. The list is endless. Maybe worth considering stopping building hospital, runways, lining African despots pockets and spend it in the UK.
