Bentlegs, £400 a month is dirt cheap. Ive been looking for an unfurnished anything for my daughter and there is absolutely nothing going so cheap. You can add another £100 min for unfurnished and dearer still for furnished property. The cheapest Ive seen is in thickness Ave, Beech Hill a 2 bed unfurnished for £300, but you need a hefty deposit and pay an £85 credit check (that you can get urself for £2 from Experian or Equifax, but which they wont accept!)
