If people from other country's who want to live here (Britain that is)and want all we have to offer especially our welfare system,if the criteria was first learn the language then there would be no problem. We would soon have the ethnic minorities reading the news on t/v in perfect English and with a very posh accent. Anyone who believes different must be naive/stupid.
