We are having lamb's liver, dry-cured smoked bacon and onions cooked in Mackeson tomorrow, Billy; my daughter Ashley passed the idea on to me. Incidentally, we aren't going to Lewis this year, Billy.....just having a change and going to Yorkshire. Back to the Outer Hebrides next year. Our Joseph, try Tesco Caramelised Onion chutney on your sausages.....delicious!
