Billy. 'Suggestion' has double g and 'apologies' has a single p. 'Neighbourhood' has a u in it, after the o in neighbour. It seems a bit rich that you should suggest 'the minorities' be taught English, when you can't write correctly yourself. A double blow, if you went to night school to learn English yourself, is that your teacher would be a Paki.. Probably.
