From WW What's On:

Open Mic Poetry at The Old Courts
Thurs 8th Jan, 8pm - 11pm

A new year and the open mic poetry night of Wigan continues.

2014 had some fantastic events but finished the year on the news of our poetry home The Tudor closing.

After two great events at our new home The Old Courts, January 2015 looks to be a time of reflection, of memories, but also of looking forward, hopeful for a continuation of our poetical lives, of sharing our writing, of supporting new poets, and of debating the merits of iambics.

We look forward to seeing you all at the first poetry event of the year.
