Why not try your self.

I use to dabble a little when still at school after my gran bought me a cheap set of pens. Although it is a skill and I was far from being skilled, with the help of books I picked it up quite well but always needed that book to hand.

After watching some latest episodes of 'Who Do You Think You Are' I am too looking to write up my tree and getting some pens again and giving it another ago.

Going to do a few for parents and grandparents as Xmas presents if I can get to grips with it again.

Would love to know how you get on with this task.

I'd recommend good pens though. it's like trying to paint with cheap brushes. good tools make a difference. so are you writing your tree by hand?

I taught myself calligraphy in the 90's. Got a pen and it had some instructions about how to form the letters inside the pen case. I'm sure you could find something on the internet or YouTube to help you? Hope you find what your looking for :-D
