I never knew Samsung made cookers until recently when we replaced our ageing cooker with a new Samsung.

And...it cooked a mean stir fry beef vindaloo tonight for supper...delish

Is it self cleaning?? I can never understand why I have never seen one in the UK. Simply hit the self clean button and return a few hours later to brush out a bit of ash.

Yes broady it's self cleaning ... In fact the stove it replace was a fully working 35yr old Frigidare which was also self cleaning.
The new one is more efficient and far easier to clean with a ceramic top.
