Grimmy: Come on lad, you can do better than this...

Are things so bleak at Old Trafford these days that you must keep looking back in time?

Bestie is long dead. And Kiddo is with the enemy.

Cheer up. You're making me depressed.

You're welcome.

It will be interesting to see how Wolves do in the Europa. Personally, I think they will do very well. Teams in the top seven in the EPL are, in the main, far better than those in the same positions in Europe. It could be an ideal opportunity for Wolves to make the leap into the Champions League for the following season......seriously. In a tournament such as that you just need a bit of luck, as Spurs and Liverpool know only too well.

Wolves had a superb season and are where they are out of merit, to the surprise of most bar the Wolves fans.

That would really ruin their season.

City cleaning up at home and Liverpool winning in Europe.

What's the difference in Wigan World.

CITY have a poster who has just renewed his season tickets (plural) for next season.

YOONITED have posters who are armchair supporters and wouldn't know their way to old scaffold.

Onwards and upwards with THE FOURMIDABLES!

whups,

"Fourmidables" is not a spelling mistake it is the name City are referred to by both themselves and sections of the media following their magnificient sweep of all four (yoonited consider the community shield a trophy) trophies. How embarrassing for you!

Also, it is not history until another team takes those trophies off us next season, we will be The FOURmidable CHAMPIONS until then. This time next season it will be history.

Learn to read......and understand how football works.

P.S. It is "how" to spell, not "who" to spell.

Oh, and according has two c's.

Well there we go.

If liverpool win they will have won 2 champions leagues, just like United, if spurs win they will have 1 champions league, they don't play European cup games anymore, I think it changed over in 1992, or there about.

"i,m talking about the way you spell YOONITED ?"

Of course you are whups of course you are. What a load of nonsense which only the yoonited sycophants will back you up on.

Talking of which, welcome to their group of sycophants TerryW. I thought you were more intelligent than that, it just proves how wrong one can be. I'm disappointed in you, go to the back of the class.

Whups, it's strange how you feel the need to point out my spelling of yoonited now, even though I have been spelling it that way for years.

Admit it, you got burned. Deal with it.

That isn't nice Terry calling yourself a rag (however accurate), but I doubt you will be aware of the yoonited historical connotations, no doubt being another armchair "supporter".

I’ve been following some of the other threads you have been party to, topics which aren’t particularly of interest to myself.

It seems that on the frequent occassions that others tie you in knots with their more measured contributions, contributions which often result in harmless banter, you tend not to handle it very well and this has been noted by many.

It’s a shame, as I feel that given a touch of restraint and tolerance you could develop into a valuable contributor to the site.

Hopefully it is something you can work on and improve upon, after all it’s for your own benefit and we only have your best interests at heart.

I can’t, and wouldn’t speak for contributors on general threads, but on the sports threads we don’t take it too seriously. I crow childishly when my team performs better, as do the others when theirs do the same, maybe you could learn to do the same with humility.

The yoonited contingent are, in the main, all intelligent blokes and give as much as they get, if not more. This isn’t politics or religion, it’s just football.

Point is, I tend not to attack but react. On this thread I responded to whups’s unsolicited insult with forthright banter but I wasn’t the first to poke. You then chose to stick your oar in. This is your perogative and hopefully in future your contributions will be both accurate and relevant.

It is interesting to view your opinions, however weak, but be assured that should you attempt to engage me in banter you will ALWAYS come off second best…………..see, banter, not difficult now is it?

Only playing Terry, don't take any of the above seriously, just like everyone's posts, it's all nonsense......and banter. Good to engage!

My apologies 0 Years, I had forgotten all about this. Don't worry about offending or upsetting me with words on a screen, it never happens, so do carry on. I take all with a large pinch of salt what people say or do on websites even when it's obviously banter I may or may not take offence, depending on what mood I'm in So thank you for your kind words.

Yours
