To be honest I've not seen a bad performance this season yet. Very positive attacking play. Maybe needs a bit of work at the back but it's a new back line and they just need a little time to pull it together. Very unlucky against Forest on Saturday in my opinion.

I agree entirely Lisa , you have summed up perfectly , our early start in the Championship . Very unlucky not to get a point at Villa and very unlucky not to claim all three points at home to Forest

I see Will Grigg has been recalled by Northern Ireland for two international games next month. Good luck to him but it'll be fingers crossed for Wigan supporters.

very good win, seeing as we didn't play very well in the first 25 mins, but as the game went on, grew into it and fully deserved the win

Totally agree, took us a while to get going but we deserved the win.

Latics third after Bristol city win. I wonder if they'll be able to hang onto Nick Powell .

Posted by: grimshaw (1287)  Report abuse
Made good t v and they played well.

Obvious that Nick Powell was taught good habits in his youth.

Now i wonder where that was ?
