Good luck to Sir Alex after undergoing emergency surgery .

UTD are saying it went well but he will need intensive care post op to enhance a recovery.

Get well soon Sir Alex.

there,s strangely someone missing on this blog ? .

Posted by: grimshaw (1018)  Report abuse
My thoughts also whups.

Nice sentiments from Wenger to Sir Alex at his final home game.

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
yes your right grim on both counts.

Posted by: broady (13240)   Report abuse
He’s maybe showing some respect.

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
i would have thought it,s disrespect when other club fans have put replies on here ? .

Posted by: grimshaw (1018)  Report abuse
A big thank you to all who posted re Sir alex.

From a Utd fan of over 60 years rest assured it is most appreciated.

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
your right grim & from me too who,s been a fan for over 50 yrs. it,s with the exception of "you know who " .

Posted by: peter g (1885)  Report abuse
Now who could that be whups ?

Posted by: bluesfan (1499)  Report abuse
It would be beyond churlish not to wish this man all the very best. One of the game's all time greats x

keep goading whups and i'll tell you exactly what i think..theres an old saying if you cant say nothing good say nowt!! people are in life threatening sitations every day do you put a post up about them, i was taken into a side room in the hospital last wednesday where a doctor and nurse explained to me that should my mothers heart stop beating, they would not attempt to recuscitate and then had to sit at my mothers bedside why they told her!!!

Posted by: peter g (1885)  Report abuse
Not being funny Stock but you did start a new thread aimed at chatty, whups and grimshaw on Saturday three days after, Hope your mam is ok btw.

Posted by: laughing gravy (3569) Report abuse
yes i did start a thread i also went for a ride to the lake district thursday with a couple of mates, icalled into the hospital on the way home,i went for a ride yesterdy to matlock bath, life has to go on does it not? she has plenty of other visitors besides me,she does seem to be breathing better since the doctor told her the bad news, she probably trying to fight, thanks for asking.

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
you did,nt give any leeway to fp did you wen he was going through it did you ? .and if you take another look at that blog peter you,ll see that he makes a derogotary reference to sir alex .i find it hard to believe that you have any mates whatsoever .

Posted by: laughing gravy (3569) Report abuse
whups i treat people as they treat me! concerning fartblood and i dont hide my dislike of ferguson so its no point me wishing him well as it would not be meant..and would be two faced, say what you like about me but i will always call a spade a spade if you dont like it well....

Posted by: chatty (5936)  Report abuse
Why wouldn't you wish him well?
You've never had any personal contact with him so he can't have offended you, he isn't a child murderer or a despot who slaughters innocent people.
You aren't a football fan, even proper fans of other clubs realise it's just a game and are wishing him all the best, so there's obviously a pathological hatred there from you for no good reason!

Posted by: grimshaw (1018)  Report abuse
Chatty.

Posted by: laughing gravy (3569) Report abuse
i wonder what crap chatty posted? i bet its not an offer to pay his debt..

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
all this guy can do is to sidetrack the issue by refering to bets ? .everyone else who support other teams have supported sir alex in getting well as this is not a football matter ?.i,m left wondering why this man has such hatered that goes beyond any reasonable football logic .has something happened to him from a united issue ? .

Posted by: roylew (2732) Report abuse
I wish him well and a good recovery...but there’s been too much hype about him and Wenger over the last week or so..all they are are overpaid football managers..they are not Saints...we all have pain to bear in one way or another

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
agreed roy , but their not getting as much as the players ? .

Posted by: grimshaw (1018)  Report abuse
Sir Alex out of intensive care .

Terrific news .

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
great news grim , but still no proper reply from u know who ? .

Posted by: broady (13240)   Report abuse
Thread removed as it offended Whups. Not bothered trying to explain relevance to him.

Posted by: chatty (5936)  Report abuse
Tremendous news!

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
because she ruined everything in the country & people like you emigrated did,nt you .and it,s just like you broady to try & change the blog with a comment like that .this blog is about sir alex isnt it .

Posted by: broady (13240)   Report abuse
comment removed. Much better things to do today than debate the content.

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
yes about time too.

Posted by: basil brush (9764) Report abuse
Well said, whups, boredy is always ruining threads

Posted by: broady (13240)   Report abuse
whups, As I said I removed it because of your attitude not the content. Twenty points behind in league and the best you can come up with is " we got four points off Liverpool" Even your manager says half the team have to go but" we still played great"

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
bull broady.

Posted by: broady (13240)   Report abuse
Another magnificent performance today. Glad to see SAF is out of intensive care.

Posted by: whups (2801)  Report abuse
