Wigan were second best, but they were robbed.😥

Wigan were rubbish and should have lost by a bigger margin.]Don't think they will win anything this yearHull were the far better team and deserved the win and out played Wigan all over the field. The commentators were saying the Wigan team were tired due to the heat ,did this not also apply to the Hull teamElmos you must have watched a different rugby match than me Clubbs attempt at a try was fluffed and Burgess's Try was from a forward pass also when are Wigan going to get a goalkickerTime Wane walked before he is pushed.

I thought the ball was stripped for the clubb effort but having said that Wigan were second best all over the pitch

oh how the great game has declined since the glorious final of 85....and the crowd as well.... the attendance of 68,525 - by some distance the lowest since the Challenge Cup final returned to the rebuilt Wembley in 2007.

I shudder to think what it would have been for a Salford and Leeds final. Wigan were second best in too many areas.

Thee tries each and no credit given to Wigan,at least
Some credit to their defence is due .😂😂

Wigan have not taken to the kicking game and paid for it...they were put on the back foot time and time again and it knackered them...I thought matty smith was bad...watch out for him on Friday though...but leulai is out of his depth in the kicking game....we continue to bish bash down the middle on the last tackle...Williams has no brain..gelling can't count to 6...the whole set up needs to change...starting with a proper goal kicker and a new coach....the score completely flattered them and our coach....no doubt he will say he will fix it for the next game....turn the tape off wane and walk..

I blame Wane - he should haver brought Hanley and Andy Farrell on at half time

a player is likely to hold onto the ball in the cluubb "try"incident,i thought it slipped from clubbs grasp as he fought to ground the ball.equally contentious was the hull "try" being disallowed for obstruction, there was minimal contact ,our player still managed to tackle the hull ball carrier.
wigan performed much better than i anticipated and their effort was first class, their class was as expected, not so.
if wane is to stay he needs two half backs and a goal kicker.personally i think wigan need a fresh approach re the
coaching side of the team.

Just another take on the final,

Do the beeb really need all the commentators ,pundits, experts, call them what you will ,and do we need a guy on the pitch mic in hand while the game is in progress ..?..

I hit the mute button after aprox 15 mins .
every one trying to get a word in edgeways .

Agree grimshaw

club try should have stood. we missed 2 kicks which were decisive in the end. robbed by bad referee decisions which always seems to be when bentham,s reffing .

Posted by: roylew (2683) Report abuse
We was by Bentham but if we had won we would have been praising a diabolical performance

will it fire them up for Saints on Friday or is the season over

Posted by: jarvo (28125)  Report abuse
Forward pass? Which one? All three before the try was scored were all clearly forward.

In fact, I'm puzzled why refs let so many other forward passes go.

The game is becoming stale in all areas.

Time for a massive change to the game of RL. Or it will die.

The game is becoming stale in all areas.

But you still watch and comment on it.
