free pie and peas for the Leythers
Started by: peawapp (3836)  Report abuse
the Leigh sports village have proudly announced that they have struck a deal with Holland's pies and that on wednesday evening at the latest fans forum there will be free pie and peas available, Peawapp as he always does will attend the forum ,but the snag is that we are told that there will be 80 peppered steak, pies and 20 cheese and onion pies made available and they will be distributed on a first come first served basis, so Peawapp will go in a suit of armour just in case there are any Wigginers present .
this is fact it is no joke.

100 assorted pies?...That's two each!

Posted by: peawapp (3836)  Report abuse
that reply just shows exactly what you know about the Leigh supporters and that is NOWT.
and judging by your avatar you know even less about St George

I thought the dragon was more popular than St George in Leigh

Posted by: dostaf (50031) Report abuse
But who's peas are they?

Lol@pewapp

'Pewapp'

I know all there is to know about the Turk that is George.
My avatar suggests I am English and proud of the fact.
British by birth, English by the Grace of God.

I know Leigh supporters give each other high sixes whenever their team score a try.

I'm afraid you are showing your ignorance here, you scoff at the Leigh Centurions ,but at least we stay till the end win lose or draw, unlike another teams supporters I could mention but won't.

Posted by: walshy76 (inactive) Report abuse
Or post on here when the team they call support are playing

So predictable some folk

Posted by: Mac (28958)  Report abuse
No ignorance, 'pewapp'
The reason people leave the Stadia of BIG clubs is because it takes a good while to get away from the ground, At leigh it is empty and all the horse poo is cleared ready to made LOBBIES ready for the next game.

Posted by: peawapp (3836)  Report abuse
ah but you see ,you fail to point out that it doesn't happen at other big stadiums ,it only happens at wigan ,and it's only the wiganers that do it, dont just take my word for it if you ever went to a match you would see it for yourself. ask any teams supporter in the super League they are notorious for it

Posted by: Mac (28958)  Report abuse
It happens at all well supported clubs. (As I pointed out with the comment,'The reason people leave the Stadia of BIG clubs').
Hope this clarifies matters for you.

Posted by: peawapp (3836)  Report abuse
stop struggling Mac it only happens at Wigan believe me

Posted by: Mac (28958)  Report abuse
Not struggling at all. Nor will I believe you.
Now, hope you have booked your two pies off the leigh sponsors, Puff Pastry.

this is a most irreverant post Perkin you should not post and insult our glorious leader.
Mac
I will be there but will not be dining did you know that the druggie is being investigated for throwing the ball at a young St helens kid,or had you left early by that time

Posted by: aqui aqui (411) Report abuse
The K C stadium was almost empty of Hull supporters by the final whistle on Sunday.

Posted by: aqui aqui (411) Report abuse
Mr Peawapp

The LSV is almost empty of leyth supporters at the START of each match.

Posted by: Perkin Warbeck (1110) Report abuse
Peawapp,

Considering Smiffy is only campaigning on the pasty tax in Leigh and not in Wigan I thought it was very appropriate.

Posted by: Mac (28958)  Report abuse
Aqui.
Perkin, good one.

peawapp, did you not watch the game from Gangreen Park. Most of the Sent Hellins fans had left with ten mins still to play
They had to get the police to make the Wigginers leave

Posted by: walshy76 (inactive) Report abuse
depends on who you listen to

some "supporters" say it can take over half an houtr to get off the tground and twice as long to get home than it normally does

but yet some "supporters" are posting on here 30mins after the game has finished

makes you wonder.......thats another saying someone can use

good news from the forum Leigh will reduce their overdraft for next season ,although the crowds are down slightly owing in my opinion to playing Thursday and friday evenings as opposed to Sunday afternoon, people are working in the week on shifts.

good news also on the pie front, they were according to my neighbour at the forum absolute Sh**e, as He said to me,"they cawn't get rid o' these buggers in wigan "
