Steve Daley...

Met him last night at Molineux.

Still looks like he can put in 90 mins. And he has Wolves in his blood.

Ney mind, we didn't need him after all...

Next!

Pity he didn't put in a decent 90 mins for us.

I watched him on various occasions wearing an Old Gold shirt and he always looked like a worldbeater.

He never displayed any of that form for Manchester City - some managers never seem to be able to get the best out of players and I think that Malcolm Allison was the manager struggling to convince fans that he was worth the £1.36 million price tag.

He was later described as " the biggest waste of money in football history" After 48 games for City in 20 months he was transferred to the relative backwaters of US football. Malcolm Allison was the manager at City and Peter Swales the chairman.

Watch the video and see what he thinks of his biggest mistake: joining a bum club like Manchester City.

I told him not to go...

Ah, well, it's history now.
