OGS:

October it is.

Gone!

Posted by: broady (14978)   Report abuse
Congratulations on Saturday. I had you to win 2-0 on the predictor I enter. Presume you'll be cheering Wiggin this Friday. Sadly your mate is on the other side of Mexico or we could have met up and chewed the fat.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Yes congratulations on the Wolves first Premier League win of the season against bottom club Watford, thus letting jarvo show his face back around these parts again and allowing him to start by posting about other teams in his attempt to deflect his own teams mediocrity.

Posted by: jarvo (29310)  Report abuse
...Read the press.

Only a matter of time.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
to start by posting about other teams in his attempt to deflect his own teams mediocrity

i wonder if chatty see's the irony of the above..

Posted by: aussie94 (2292) Report abuse
well done you beat the bottom club

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
No but I saw 'the irony' in you telling me you've been on benefits for ten years and had several motorbikes in that time but thought I was 'living in another world' when I suggested your latest bike had been bought with the help of your benefit money.
Especially after you'd previously posted boasting that 'us taxpayers' would be paying for your next bike.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
I'VE HAD 1 SINCE 2011 TO 2019 NOT NUMEROUS BILLY! PAID FOR BY MY OWN MONEY! NOT BENEFITS..

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Simple question.
Did you post boasting 'taxpayers would be buying' you 'a new bike'?

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
all you want to be consentrating on jarvo is the bottom of the league & going down.did,nt you say on another blog that you claimed benefits laughing boy ? .

Posted by: grimshaw (1937)  Report abuse
Whups.

Posted by: broady (14978)   Report abuse
A so so game tonight. No one really stood out. Maybe Dalot best for United in my eyes. Fred doesnít seem to be able to get it right.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
broady get a tenner on them being relegated..

Posted by: grimshaw (1937)  Report abuse
A non event i m o broady .

The obsession continues by laughing stock .

Relegation my arse.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
only 4 points above...

Posted by: broady (14978)   Report abuse
Six points comfortable in top six. No spare tenners in our house to throw away.

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
Another managerial master stroke tonight against the mighty AZ. Tactical genius no less.

Our
Ole

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
A solid 0-0 away in Europe.
If only Pep could have managed that at Spurs last season.
But no he settled for one instead, and as we know the rest is history.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
chatty a solid 0-0 against barca madrid

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
Why again were yoonited playing on Thursday night this week against the mighty AZ?

Please explain.

...'A solid away in Europe...'

Posted by: broady (14978)   Report abuse
Well done to Wolves last night.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Please explain

For someone who's club is still on it's first 50 year old tin of Brasso when it comes to cleaning their European troph'Y' you haven't half got above yourself these days.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
please explain

for someone who's club hoovered up all the best players during the 90s and 00s when everbody else was skint they are now reduced to selling all their stockpiled brasso they no longer need to a club they ridiculed for decades due to the biggest downturn the world has ever seen yet the deluded fans believe every thing is OK why? because history say's so..

Posted by: broady (14978)   Report abuse
I donít consider myself deluded. It is obvious they are going through a transitional period. Normal service will be resumed. Just for the record I enjoy watching City play and to a lesser extent Liverpool.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
i never said YOU were...the duluded ones know who they are..

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
does that include you laughing boy.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
..yet the deluded fans believe every thing is OK why?

Well well, I do believe our sanguine attitude to Uniteds predicament at the moment is causing you more anguish than their plight is us.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
what predicament? do you not keep saying united are the biggest, best and most successful club in the world! or has reality finally sunk in..

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Form is temporary class is permanent, whilst your infactuation is comical.

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
With respect Broady, transitional period my eye.

When other clubs are cr*p they are cr*p.

All of a sudden yÚonited fans have invented this transitional period nonsense to excuse the fact that they are cr*p.

How long is this transitional period going to take and when did it start?

Transitional period indeed, absolute rubbish.

Posted by: jarvo (29310)  Report abuse
It's over for United.

OGS's departure is now overdue.

The Old Trafford hierarchy won't tolerate much more of it.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Well well, I do believe our sanguine attitude to Uniteds predicament at the moment is causing you more anguish than their plight is us.

Worth re-posting (even so soon) especially when it applies to more folk than even I imagined

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Fair play to jarvo though for conceding that standards accepted at some clubs wont do at others.

Posted by: jarvo (29310)  Report abuse
...He's out of his depth...

Time will tell.
But you have to laugh at The Bitters.
They're even getting bitter about us not being bitter

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
Oh your bitter alright! when are you going to admit the football played by city is light years ahead of uniteds? today perhaps if not why not?

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
I'm a football fan I can appreciate good football, City are playing great football.
Unlike you I don't have an agenda and don't just detest one club no matter what.

Thought it was a cracking line, nothing more nothing less.
I presumed because you "couldn't run away" you just pretended to be someone else, eh kd.

P.S Maybe I should have 'copyrighted" "weasel" you of all people know how many times I've used that to describe someone on here.

Looks like Pep is handing the Premier League to Liverpool just to annoy yÚonited fans.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Deary me, I thought the old schoolboy tatic of,we've been stuffed so deflect the attention elsewhere went out of fashion with Betamax videos, obviously not.
I like to look at winning the League, a bit like a cup comp, there comes at time when you get dumped out of the running, and no matter where you finish after that means sod all, today another two got dumped.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
anything to say about the bearded one getting sacked..?

I like to look at winning the League, a bit like a cup comp, there comes at time when you get dumped out of the running, and no matter where you finish after that means sod all

so you never mentioned 20 times then?...and its only now your not bothered....

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
I mention it all the time , If you've won it you've won it, if you don't you haven't.

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
Not deflecting at all, just highlighting the fact that today's result however disappointing will make your pain twice as unbearable. Now having learned about yooniteds failure at Newcastle, make that three times as unbearable.

Posted by: beep54 (1014) Report abuse
Well played the Wolves

Posted by: jarvo (29310)  Report abuse
...We mullered um...

Posted by: broady (14978)   Report abuse
Well done Jarvo.

Posted by: basil brush (12644) Report abuse
Yes, well done wolves, very well deserved

Certainly proving "some people" wrong

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
Did you go Jarvo?

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
City.................. Wolves

76 Possession % 24
18 Shots 7
917 Touches 423
715 Passes 230
5 Clearances 43
9 Corners 1

The above certainly doesn't show that Wolves "mullered" City.

However, the scoreline (which is all that matters) does.

Fair play to Wolves they came to do a job and although it wasn't pretty, they did it.

I've no doubts who you'll be cheering on when United play Liverpool a week on Sunday.
In fact it wouldn't surprise me if you climbed into your loft and pulled out the scarf you used to wear when standing on the Stretford End back in the day.

Did someone mention 'fair weather"?

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
You are damn right I will be cheering them on.

Come on you mid table hasbeens, you now ugly ex teenage fling, let's get a result here.....for old times sake.

BTW, when I used to stand on the stretford end yoonited were cr*p, a bit like today.

Hardly fair weather.

And then appeared on here minutes after City won their first trophy
since feathered haircuts and three starred jumpers.

Yes, "belief".

Rest assured, as a yoonited "supporter", you need all the belief you can currently muster.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
chatty who was you rooting for in last seasons run in, now you mentioned fair weather fans?...

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
there will if they win an even bigger MIND THE GAP then.

Whups said:

"MIND THE GAP."

So which gap is that then?

The gap between yoonited and fourth place (10 points)?
The gap between yoonited and City (12 points)?
The gap between yoonited and L/pool (18 points)?
or
The gap between yoonited and relegation (5 points)?

As you said...MIND THE GAP!

Save our ole.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
I think he meant the gap between when City last won something on merit and the next time they do it.

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
Again, deflected istree,

yoonited, the new scousers.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Fact!

Siddy, the new Chelski.

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
Yes, and that's not a bad comparison to make.

yoonited the new Leeds/Blackburn/Forest etc.

And long may it continue.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Of the 7 clubs mentioned in the last few posts, 5 have either won or competed in the European Cup final.

The two who haven't?
Looks like City have more in common with Blackburn than anyone else, two sugar daddy clubs who couldn't cut the mustard in Europe.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
speaking of suger daddies who's daughter found the united begging dog wandering the streets? now thats a proper history lesson for you

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
the gap between you & liverpool.

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
So whups, now you are resorting to singing the praises of Liverpool to try to get a dig into The Champions!

How embarrassing for you, that just shows how low yoonited and their "fans" have sunk.

MIND THE VARIOUS GAPS!

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
I think he's just pointing out you're looking in the wrong direction, down instead of up.
Unless of course you're more like the obsessed one (were everything revolves around Uniteds fortunes more than anything else) than you'd have us believe!

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
Everyone stares at a car crash.

Especially when Ole's at the wheel.

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
Unless it lasts 40 years, then peoples indifference becomes absurd.

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
And the yoonited players are currently absurdly indifferent to the fortunes of the team.

Average at best.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
not saying anything about 37/26 and 7 years then?

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
I've loads to say about the 64 years the European Cup has been in existence.

Posted by: broady (14978)   Report abuse
Watched Saturdayís game and to say they were mediocre is probably an exaggeration. There isnít even a spine of a team that they can build around. I hope Carrick is more animated after matches and in training than he is during the match. You may as well put a tailors dummy on the bench.

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
i support neither team . mind the gap as pep wont last forever .

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
broady you may as well stick a no9 shirt on said tailors dummy as it will have the same number of shots as uniteds front 3 he'll probly score more too

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
did,nt they get 3 against norwich ? .

Posted by: grimshaw (1937)  Report abuse

I don't know about LG but I would say:

"I wouldn't be boasting about reaching the knock-out stages of the Thursday night also-rans trophy if I were you"!

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
lets see your history 0years ? .

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
istry, istry, istry,

How sad that you put so much importance on this all of a sudden. Could it be because yoonited are now cr*p ?

But if you must know.

The team were founded in 1880 and incorporated as Manchester City in 1894, 125 years ago. See, lots of history.

I've already told you this, surely it isn't difficult to understand or does your calendar not go past 1992?

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
LETS SEE IT .

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
I can't do links but here it is, and lo and behold it starts in 1880 don't you know.

I would have thought that even you were bright enough to understand the concept of history!

your right grim because he cant put anything of volume on can he .chelsea has more history than city.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4940) Report abuse
whups what did liverpool win before 1993 compared to united? lets talk about history bet you wont

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
..Thursday night also-rans trophy..

It's what used to be the Uefa Cup, another European competition in which you've never troubled the engraver.

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
"your right grim because he cant put anything of volume on can he .chelsea has more history than city."

Chelsea do not have more history than City, they were formed in 1905.

Go to the link whups and stop being dense, but I suspect you already have and that is why you are backtracking!

"It's what used to be the Uefa Cup, another European competition in which you've never troubled the engraver."

The funny thing is you obviously feel that this bothers me when I couldn't give a monkey's. I would be ecstatic if we didn't progress in the champs knockout trophy but won the Premier again. If we don't win the Premier I will SETTLE for the champs knockout trophy. If we don't win that then so what?

As for any other European tin pot trophy, at one time they would have been an aspiration whereas now they are beneath us.....as are yoonited, WAY beneath us!

Posted by: chatty (6983)  Report abuse
It can't 'bother' you any less than United going through a dry spell at the moment does me but it doesn't stop you posting about it on a regular basis.
Big of you to admit though that you're as sh#te in the European Cup as you was at even qualifying for the 'also rans cup'.
We can agree on something though, I also would be "ecstatic' if you didn't progress in the champs knockout trophy but won the Premier again this season.

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
we dont care when it was formed . show us what you,ve won . and your slip is showing kellys dad , ops i mean laughing boy .

Posted by: 0 years (3519) Report abuse
So you are changing the nature of your question then whups.

It is not now history you are asking about but the honours won within that history. Very well done, we got there in the end and it wasn't too difficult for you now was it?

If what you are intimating is that City haven't won as much as yoonited over their history then everyone knows that. This is particularly true since your calendar started in 1992.

Now what do you want, a toffee apple?

If you had gone to the link I provided for you, you wouldn't have been so "confued", but then again......yes you would.

Posted by: whups (3917)   Report abuse
i,m changing nothing . show us on here what you,ve won . it,s a simple enough question or cant you answer it ? .it seems you dont & you can start from day 1.i cant wait for pep to go to italy next year.
