In in 8 go to search, type in, 'Character map'.
In earlier win OS, Look in start/programmes/accessories/system tolls/character map.

İArtİ İartİ İArtİ found you out I always had to put @Art@ as that was the best I could do before this thread

I also have an extra keyboard that does this😊it is called an emoji keyboard and I just learned how to access it but because I am typing in purple who knows how it will come out... 😀

Posted by: lizziedownunder (6276)  Report abuse

Dougie, when I first registered for WW, I just as a user name tried "Art". But the response was, "You must have at least five characters"....
So I just stuck a İ on either end & that's the way it's been for about 12 years

Well done Spud.....🐕

Posted by: spud1 (1693) Report abuse
Ta,just trying it out. What's the other symbols for eg instead of

Posted by: spud1 (1693) Report abuse
This is purple,What's the difference?it did'nt do what I wanted to show,ie the difference between and .I'll try this way,if this was p,[x] whats the difference between [x] and [/x]?

Posted by: lizziedownunder (6276)  Report abuse
The diff is the [x] decides what it will be....the [/x] is an ending..... You don't have to do the ending but it is good manners to do so as a courtesy.....

What is the name of this sort of word

You only know the pronunciation by whether it starts with a capital letter or not

The classic example is polish

I polish my car; My sausage is Polish

edit; I don't know btw

edit; not homonym

Posted by: cordyline (4501)   Report abuse
The real part of The Real Madrid football team........

More football; I was reading that Reading football......

edit; not this one

Homograph: One of two or more words spelled alike but different in meaning or pronunciation (as the bow of a ship, a bow and arrow)

Posted by: lizziedownunder (6276)  Report abuse
Homonym is the word you are looking for Cordy.....they are spelled the same but have totally different meanings....

Posted by: cordyline (4501)   Report abuse
No; not that

This kind of word is determined how to pronounce
by whether or not it starts with a capital letter
Look above

I remember seeing the question on a TV quiz program
