owing tp brealdowm for 9 weeks of internet I have lost all my saved E MAILS cannot find my Fustbin on site anywhere

HOW can i het my saved emails back please DO NOT conduse me with science I am 93 so plain english please

Sorry about mistakes in posting my eyesiht is terrible just hope i do not lose it completly I was without the internet for 9 weeks they could not seem to find the problem and now everything has gone do lally and lost lot of things every thing seems hatwire

would it not be possible to go into control panel and select restore and use a date prior to the nine weeks , it has worked for me some time ago but not really up on these things

tried every thing you have suggested=THANK ALL OF YOU = perhaps its me -bye the way just re=read my imitial posting and found i had not put correct no of weeks i was off should have read 9 yes NINE weeks
