Started by: Evie (10) Report abuse
Would anyone know of this family that lived at Fields Farm, probably before the second World War? There were 5 girls, Margaret, Hilda, Violet, Doreen and Beryl. Three Boys. Horace, Wallace and Dennis? Their Father was Peter Fairhurst and the Mother was called Margaret. Peter the Father left the Family to go and live with a lady called May Kelly in Plat bridge.

Wow, thanks for that. I wasn't sure if Peter was actually married to Margaret. Would you know if Peter was actually born in Abram? I was told that his wife Margaret was from Parr in St Helens, but I am not sure if this is correct?

Hi, I was told that Peter had died in 1968, and I think you are right about him lying about his age. A great deal went on in his house at Fields Farm and it was very sad indeed.
Another question? Would Peter have been in the First World War?
