I think that there used to be a pub called the King of Prussia on the site facing the Bricklayers. If you look on the wall entering the Parish Church yard there is a sign still refering to Lowes parking restrictions.

You are right rio caroni The King of Prussia Pub was in the yard across from the Bricklayers Arms Pub near to Mr Chips by the side of the Church Yard. =

hi, the king of prussia yard is next to Mr Chips in Hallgate No. 28 & 28a. the king of prussia pub is now Mr chips & the cafe next door to it.
the typical salt glazed brick can still be seen at the back of the cafe in the yard.
there are still original features upstairs above the chippy & cafe.

I asked Howard, the owner of both Gallimores and MR CHIPS, and he confirmed that it was the correct location as he has an original photograph of the pub. I was always under the impression that the pub was higher up Hallgate towards Market street. Now I know
