Does anyone know the history of rainford house. Winstanley.?my winstanley and richardson families lived there in the 1800s.and know of the families after. But would like to know of its history?eg how did it get its name.or where can i find out Chris

It used to be Rainford Hall,it was built in 1665 and comprised two dwellings which were converted into one.It was demolished in 1967
