Look on the 'epitome of title', which should be in your deeds pack.

In 1911 a Levi Molynuex had a greengrocer's shop at nnumber 769. There was no record of a 769a.
In 1939 Levi was living at Linden Avenue in Orrell and working as a coal miner.

Tonker: It's difficult now to look at deeds. I own my house, and another one, but since the Land Registry digitalised everything, if you didn't catch anything on time, all you get is two pieces of paper proving you're the owner and showing previous owners.
