Did Wigan athletic have a supporters or social club, If so anyone any idea where it was.

Didn't they have club in Woodhouse Lane in the building which became Clown's Bar? I think it's the Douglas Bank now.

The club was orginaly inside Springfield Park.

Harry Lyon was the steward for a time.

The club was on Springfield Park then after a row a breakaway group opened the club on Woodhouse Lane which is now the Duggie Bank

Used to play Darts and Dominoes against them when they were at springfield park. Brian Sabin big wigan fan used to play for them early 70's

Correct I spy..it was terrible ale...the ladies in the main stand only had an old cooker to put the pies in but they were bloody hot...had to buy one when going in so I could eat it at half time

I played at the club which is now the Douglas Bank around '80 and later played at a new club that was attached to the ground at Springfield Park......
