Enfield street

I have had a conversation about petrol pumps on Enfield street.
The discussion is to the location and number.
These would be the type of pumps like the ones outside garages not filling stations and which end of the street. This would be in the early sixtes. Ta.

Later than 60s
Harry Gaskell half way along Enfield St sold petrol

The premises now used by the chap who mends tyres -- he also imports small caravanettes from Japan

Harry no longer with us
His son was there a while; last I heard he moved to USA

I thought it was Brian Gaskell who owned the garage in Enfield Street, the pump used to swing out over the road.
