as anyone got photos showing the stocks, before kfc was built,early 60s, there was the stocks, a couple of forms; facing fleet street,a small garden with hawthorn hedges,and steps going up to shops,the corner one was were winstanleys decorating shop was thanks

I remember them as a lad when i went to St Johns school in the 50,s.

I also remember those stocks and would love to see a photo of them. Somewhere on WW is photo of the old White Swan and may just show the stocks across the road..??
