How come my Grandfather who fought in both world wars and lived till a good age and was well over 6 foot tall and built and moved like a steam train only ate saturated fats like dripping butties, bacon and eggs, made his own cakes, pies all with suet pastry, and his blackcurrant jam butties were 3 inch thick made with best butter,How come he never had any health problems. Is all the food we eat now really that bad for us if so do we go back to our grandparents foods makes you think!P.S. i still make my chips in dripping when i do have them.
