i think i am about to have all my mail delivered to the wigan sorting office.
any parcel addressed to me at my home address, is taken back to the sorting office??the posty leaves this cute little card, I>E no one home at 8 am??(i am sat in the chair reading the daiy blatt)parcel wouldnt fit in letter box...parcel had to be signed for??i swear if they rang the door bell, i couldnt miss but hear it, i am sat in a chair not 6 meters away.when you go to collect the parcell, theres a notice glaring at you, regarding bad mouthing staff. you just cant win. the service is getting more and more expensive, and yet, the service is getting more and more third world.

Have you tried to call the number on the card to get it re delivered?
I have .......and never got through yet!! So now I ring complaints instead and they sort it anyway hehe!

the guys a bolshi on this round. right now i got another prob. ive forgot my password on yahoo. ive gone thro the I.D bit, and then they say a new password has been sent to my mail ???so how do i get it if i have to sign in to go to my mail ???

Instead of phoning the expensive 0845 number on the card and being put on hold, try this one.

dave, they will tell ya to come and collect it, or have it redirected to you at further expense.be warned..dont get to annoyed with the set-up, cos they have notices up informing you that it wont be tollerated. you gotta go there like a lamb, pick up the article, and just push off. the service is at a low point and getting worse. i might add, for all the increased costs, the jerks who call themselve posties,are it seems to me, running the show.
ps..before i get an angry response from the good posties, i was refering to a small bunch of "wadya goin ta do abaat it mate???

Hi The problem is there are to many casual post men these days They don't give a toss Anything they fancy they take By the time anyone starts to investigete they're well gone. The amount of mail I have had go missing recently is riddiculous. I have about 4 or 5 claims pending at the moment.

well last week I got three letters. One was correctly addressed but for the bloke three doors away. Second was also correctly addressed for someone across the road and down the hill. Third was for a lady whose address is very similar to ours but she lives in the Lane whilst were in an Avenue of similar sounding names. Her postcode was on it and her name. I ended up deliverin all three. I asked postie why if postcode was correct it was delivered here. He wiped his snotty nose (bein of that age group where hes just lernt fot do it) an sed "Oh well missus, we is taught not fot tek no notice of em cos they is allus purrin wrong un on." Ye gods!
