My dad and brother have one. Dad's is a 94 maybe 98 Harley and borthers is just a yahama. My dad is a biker from way back.lol I guess my mom's dad was a biker too a bit on the wild side when he was younger. They say a women marries someone like thheir father. I know that I did.

I am a bikerchick wannabe. Someday a Bikerchick to my niker hubby.

Hey, Madame, what do you mean 'just a Yamaha'? I'd much prefer a Yamaha to one of those 'Dinosaurs' (Harley Davidson). And don't you make fun of my C90, Gareth! I'll have you know I've had 162 mph out of it, up the Rainford by-pass, it eats two-tone MR2s for breakfast.

Seriously though, I'd recommend a Yamaha YZF 'Thundercat' 600. Sporty tourer. Nice comfy riding position with decent performance, not too powerful for a novice.

Everyone who I know with a motorbike have either been knocked off or crashed or had it stolen. I think the bikers on the whole are sensible but it the motorist who doesn`t see the bike is the problem.

If you see a red and white flash go past you, when you are out on it, it'll be me on my C90!
