Magnets

Started by: disco_diva (inactive)

I have a cricky old neck due to a very daft incident on the dodgems a few years back.
And i dont half have some jip with it.
Anyway, i have bought a magnetic necklace thingie.
Has anyone had any experience of magnets in the form of bracelets, necklaces, etc.
Do they work or not? They are apparently supposed to help.

One thing it does say on the info sheet that i got with it.
Dont go to sleep in it!
I wonder why? because it does not give an explanation.

DD apparently it can affect your sleeping heart rate which is a lot lower than when you are awake

DD:

Some of my golfing friends have "magnet patches" that they wear in/on muscle related areas.

Have to say though, although some but not all, swear by them, whenever questioned - some of the replies would be a wee bit suspect.

Over the years - whenever this ould frame tweaks and groans - I have always opted for physio. Could I suggest you consider trying a physio who specialises or treats "sports injuries"?

Sorry I cant be of further assistance.

Kindest regards.

Jack
