Anybody have a cure for reaccuring nightmares not slept properly for weeks

While the obvious answer would be to say "Don't go to sleep," I realise, of course, that this wouldn't be an easy thing to do. You need to talk to someone about them. The old maxim, "trouble shared is trouble halved," is true.

thanks dave and geoff dont normally drink in the week except for tuesdays when i am out with the girls and dont like drinking alone so thats not the reason !!!!

No, I haven't really slept in like a month and rarely eat. You should try counting something, If you don't sleep your mental Health will be affected.
