Is there anywere in the Wigan area that I can rent bicycles from??

Theres non in Wigan according to this link, plently in liverpool and manchester.

But you could always buy one from argos then after you had finished take it back and say its not suitable.

Its cheaper to buy one from the car boot.

I love the idea in Germany where you rent one for a day or what ever, chain it up somewhere and tell the company and they either retrieve it or link it with a person i that area that wants to rent one!
