Terrorists

Started by: truckerdave (2337)

I heard on the new's this week that 'Amnesty International ' are concerned about 2 Nigerian terrorist suspect's that were deported from Britain to Nigeria, and may be undergoing torture by the authorities there,
Am I missing the point here ?
So what if they are being tortured, I hope it lasts a long time, our government deported them for potentially trying to blow up innocent people in our country so in my eyes they deserve all they get

I'm not one for agreeing with torture dave, BUT I also think we need to butt out of other countries ways of dealing with this sort of thing. If torture is what it takes to save innocent lives then so be it, sometimes one or two have to be sacrificed to save many others. They knew the consequences of terrorism and now they must face them. If they want an easy life they should abide by the laws eh.

Why would they be tortured in their own country? Who have they got a gripe against? If they were only suspected terrorists have they been tried and proven guilty?

If they are the same ones that have been sending trillions of emails around the net scamming money from innnocent folk that can't afford it then they should be tortured by being locked in a room and made to listen to Rolf Harris's greatest hits continuously!!

as a victim of a terrorist attack i feel our governmet are far to soft on the cowards that kill and injure people.

The terrorist that planet the bomb that injured me and 205 others was known and is known to the police and intelligence service he will never be brought to trial under the good friday agreement. not only has he escaped being sent to prison he was followed for months afterwards while they gather intelligence about him. the powers at the top instructed never to arrest him for the incident.

I fail to see the justice working for the man on the street

I have just watched on the news, that fella ranting uninvited at a mosque, how british born muslims who join the armed forces should be be-headed. If his views are that passionate why isnt he with the rest of his comarades who are getting killed each day for "their cause!" Along side us evil westerners who are fighting for justice and peace for everyday muslims, freedom and peoples free speech I apologise if I offend any people who are muslim out there. Unfortunately we cannot butt out of other peoples buisness when oil, food and anything we else we need to import into this country is involved, "MONEY TALKS".

I could tell you what's going on billy, and you would probably agree with me but I dont think Brian would allow my sentiments to be printed and that would be the end of my freedom of speech right here on wigan world, but I guess you know the way I (and a million other's) feel about what is happening to our once proud land since we opened the gates to scum like the hooked cleric hamzil
