since the alleygates were erected The alleys have become a dumping ground in Lower Ince.rubbish everywhere.Out of sight out of mind.leaving dirty mattresses out amid this virus.

My friend, a lady, told me this morning those alley gates have to be there because of the local drug users in Shevington. She says they don't care where they go to inject themselves and these are the ones who are doing the burglaries around the area, this along with the gangs of kids roaming at all hours are the other reasons for the gates.
